Role Overview

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. Passion for great customer care and being a team player are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wetside facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
2. Remain attentive and alert at all times.
3. Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
4. Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
5. Respond promptly to safety incidents.
6. Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
