As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You’re passionate about customer care and a team player.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and health of members using wetside facilities – swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room
• Remaining attentive and alert at all times
• Creating a friendly, relaxed, yet professional environment
• Welcoming and supporting members
• Responding promptly to safety incidents
• Following Pool Safety Guidelines at all times
