GLL is looking for a full-time Lifeguard to work at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join. This role offers more than just lifeguarding; it's a career opportunity.

The responsibilities of a Lifeguard are vital, and this role requires calmness under pressure, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. What you need:

• A focus on customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Team player mentality
• Ideally, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with current training records; if not, training can be provided after passing a swim test.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in regular pool rotations
• Supervise and clean the pool area
• Set up equipment
• Handle customer queries
• Support the team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre.
