David Lloyd Clubs in Northwood is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety, monitor water quality, and help create a welcoming experience for our members.

Holding an NPLQ qualification is essential. You will work as part of a team, engage with members, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence across our clubs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure continuous monitoring of the pool area.
• Conduct regular pool water tests and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain accurate safety and operations documentation.
• Assist members and respond to safety incidents in a timely manner.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
