Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee pool safety across our world-class facilities. You will conduct pool tests, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and support members with a safe, enjoyable swimming experience.

You must hold an NPLQ qualification, bring strong communication and active listening, and be a team player who shares best practices. We offer perks, development opportunities, and a welcoming, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and monitoring to ensure member safety.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain documentation.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met across all pool areas.
• Provide support to members to create a positive swimming experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times ."
