Role Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents immediately
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

Candidate Requirements

You should hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. We're looking for enthusiastic, positive, and eager-to-learn individuals who are passionate about great customer care and are team players.
