Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and ensure a great member experience. The role involves monitoring pool areas to meet health and safety standards and performing regular pool tests in line with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds an NPLQ qualification, has a passion for health and fitness, and demonstrates strong engagement, communication and active listening. A team player who shares knowledge and best practices is essential.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.

As a Lifeguard:
