Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team. You will oversee poolside safety and ensure a great experience for members, while maintaining high health and safety standards.

As part of our sport and wellness community, you will conduct regular pool tests, keep documentation up to date, and respond to incidents professionally. If you hold an NPLQ qualification and share our passion for health and fitness, we'd love to hear from you.

• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and maintain vigilant supervision.
• Conduct regular pool tests and document results per guidelines.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance in pool areas at all times.
• Provide excellent member service and support to enhance the experience.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
