Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom seeks a Lifeguard to join our team. You will oversee poolside safety, monitor pool areas, and ensure members enjoy a great experience.

As part of our health and fitness community, you will conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain accurate documentation. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and active listening skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and monitor pool areas to ensure member safety and experience.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tests and safety checks.
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive club environment for all members.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times ."
