Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Lifeguard to join our team. You will oversee poolside safety, conduct pool tests, and ensure documentation is kept up to date in line with our Health and Safety standards.

Holding an NPLQ qualification is essential, and you will be part of a vibrant health and fitness community with opportunities for career progression and employee perks including free club access and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and lifeguard duties.
• Conduct regular pool tests and ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
• Provide excellent member experiences and respond to safety incidents promptly.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .
