Job summary

Lampton Leisure is hiring Lifeguards to join our team across West London leisure centres. We seek enthusiastic individuals who are calm under pressure and able to engage with people from all backgrounds.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to safe, enjoyable experiences in our facilities. As part of Lampton Leisure, you’ll provide excellent customer service, maintain safety standards, and support centre operations.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (RLSS) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience delivering first class customer service.
• Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help visitors stay safe and healthy when using wet facilities.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Ensure a warm welcome and efficient service for all centre users.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Carry out pool testing and health and safety checks in line with RLSS standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Help our visitors stay safe and healthy when using our brilliant wet facilities
• Do everything you can to create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Make sure everyone who arrives at our centres enjoys a warm welcome and efficient service
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Qualified lifeguards carry out pool testing, and other health and safety checks, and supervise the pool in accordance with RLSS standards and site operation procedures

Experience And Qualifications Required

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience delivering first class customer service
• Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
