What we need in a nutshell

We want our guests to enjoy the pool area safely, so we need qualified lifeguards with excellent people skills.

The main responsibilities

As a Holiday Hero, you'll ensure guest safety, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and meet legal requirements. You'll be proactive in assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, you'll handle reception duties, including calls, bookings, inquiries, and emails. Flexibility to work during bank holidays is essential.

Skills, experience, and qualities needed

Training will be provided, but ideally, you will have:

• A valid NPLQ (desirable but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills — assertive and friendly
• Vigilance and helpfulness — prioritizing guest safety and needs
