Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Lifeguard to help ensure poolside safety and deliver a great member experience across our clubs.

You will monitor pool areas for health and safety compliance, perform regular pool tests, and maintain accurate documentation in line with company guidelines. A team player with strong communication and active listening skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification and have a passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement and communication skills are essential.
• Active listening and teamwork are important to support a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool safety and monitor the pool areas to protect members.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and document results.

W e are on the look out for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team! With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience. You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
