Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will oversee poolside safety, conduct pool tests, and ensure documentation is kept accurate while supporting our members’ great experience.

As part of a team, you’ll promote health and fitness, maintain safety standards with strong communication and listening skills, and help foster an inclusive, thriving club culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player and eager to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and conduct pool tests.

W e are on the look out for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team! With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience . You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times . We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.
