Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our premium health and wellness group. You will oversee poolside safety and help members enjoy a secure, welcoming environment, ensuring high standards of care and vigilance at all times.

You will conduct pool tests, maintain accurate safety documentation, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines. A current NPLQ qualification and strong communication are essential; you will work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Strong passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and supervise members.
• Conduct pool tests per guidelines and maintain documentation.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
