Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Coventry is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and provide excellent member experience. You will monitor pool areas, carry out routine tests, and ensure documentation and safety protocols are followed to the letter.

The role requires a valid NPLQ qualification, a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication with teammates and members. Join a club that values safety and a thriving, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and lifeguard the pool area.
• Conduct pool tests in line with guidelines and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and documentation at all times.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .""
