Job summary

Unity Holidays is seeking a Lifeguard (NPLQ) for our Brean site in the UK. You will supervise the pool area, respond to emergencies, and conduct regular safety checks to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

We value teamwork, calm under pressure, and a friendly approach. The role includes weekend availability and access to leisure facilities and holiday discounts across Unity Holidays parks.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) required.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse customer and colleague base.

Hours of Work:

Whilst we do have several contract types available our Leisure operations are busiest at the weekends, so we’ll need you to be flexible and be available for work on Saturdays & Sundays.
