300 North Limited is recruiting for a Lifecycle Project Manager to lead lifecycle planning and delivery across PFI estates in healthcare, education and libraries. The role is based in Cardiff with hybrid working, and you will manage multi-year programmes to ensure assets meet required standards as handbacks approach.

You will oversee refurbishments, M&E and building fabric projects, manage budgets and contractors, and coordinate with FM teams and handback colleagues to maintain comprehensive

Competenze

• You will bring strong technical knowledge and project management experience in asset replacement or refurbishment within operational buildings.
• PFI lifecycle experience is highly desirable; relevant experience in FM projects, M&E, building fabric, construction, refurbishment or commissioning is welcome.
• You should be confident managing budgets, contractors and stakeholders, translating asset requirements into practical, deliverable programmes.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage three-to-five-year lifecycle plans, prioritising works against asset condition, contractual requirements and available funding.
• Deliver refurbishment, M&E and building fabric projects from initial scope through procurement, delivery and commissioning.
• Manage lifecycle budgets and funds, monitoring costs, programme and quality.
• Procure and manage contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely with minimal disruption to building users.
• Work closely with FM teams, clients, SPVs and handback colleagues to coordinate programmes and maintain accurate project records.
