300 North Limited is recruiting for a Lifecycle Project Manager in Colchester to lead multi-year lifecycle plans and refurbishment projects within a facilities management context. The role focuses on prioritising works against asset conditions, funding and contractual requirements, and delivering projects from scope to commissioning.

You will manage budgets, procurement, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe, efficient delivery with minimal disruption to occupants.

Competenze

• Strong technical knowledge and project management experience.
• PFI lifecycle experience is desirable or relevant FM/ME, building fabric, refurbishment or commissioning experience.

Lifecycle Project Manager

Location: Colchester

Salary: £72,000-£75,000 + £5,900 car allowance

300 North is recruiting four PFI Lifecycle Managers for a leading facilities management and infrastructure business, with one opportunity in each location.

The role

• Develop and manage three-to-five-year lifecycle plans, prioritising works against asset condition, contractual requirements and available funding.
• Deliver refurbishment, M&E and building fabric projects from initial scope through procurement, delivery and commissioning.
• Manage lifecycle budgets and funds, monitoring costs, programme and quality.
• Procure and manage contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely with minimal disruption to building users.
• Work closely with FM teams, clients, SPVs and handback colleagues to coordinate programmes and maintain accurate project records.

About you

• You will bring strong technical knowledge and project management experience, with a track record of delivering asset replacement or refurbishment works within operational buildings.
• PFI lifecycle experience is highly desirable. Applications are also welcomed from candidates with relevant experience in FM projects, M&E, building fabric, construction, refurbishment or commissioning.
• You should be confident managing budgets, contractors and stakeholders, with the ability to translate asset requirements into practical, deliverable programmes.
