300 North is recruiting four PFI Lifecycle Managers for a leading facilities management and infrastructure business, with one opportunity in each location.
Joining a newly established team, you will manage lifecycle planning and project delivery across PFI estates within healthcare, education and libraries. You will play a key role in ensuring buildings and assets meet the required standards through well-planned refurbishment and replacement programmes.
You will bring strong technical knowledge and project management experience, with a track record of delivering asset replacement or refurbishment works within operational buildings.
PFI lifecycle experience is highly desirable. Applications are also welcomed from candidates with relevant experience in FM projects, M&E, building fabric, construction, refurbishment or commissioning.
You should be confident managing budgets, contractors and stakeholders, with the ability to translate asset requirements into practical, deliverable programmes.
These permanent positions offer the chance to help establish a new lifecycle and handback capability, with the business intending to retain this expertise for future PFI opportunities.
Hybrid working combines home, regional office and site visits. You will need to live within reasonable travelling distance of your allocated region.
