Our client is a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities, committed to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. They are seeking an experienced and passionate Life Skills Support Worker to join their team in Warrington to take a leading role in developing the life skills and confidence of their learners.
About the Role:
As the Life Skills Support Worker, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a practical, empowering life skills curriculum that supports individuals with learning disabilities and autism to build independence and prepare for volunteering, employment, or supported living. This role combines hands-on teaching with leadership and strategy. You'll oversee a team of support staff and volunteers, guiding them to deliver high-quality sessions while managing learner progression through personalised learning journeys.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for curriculum development, performance monitoring, and fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment aligned with the organisations values.

You will be working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Appointment will be subject to DBS clearance, right to work checks and satisfactory references.
