Job Description:

One of the fastest growing, global recruitment companies, with over 1500 staff worldwide, is looking to hire several people into their Life Sciences brand. The brand has extensive reach into their client market, and these additional hires are being made following significant successes over the past 12 months.

They are looking to hire contact and perm recruiters, from Senior Consultant level to non-billing Manager.

Ideally, candidates will have experience within Life Sciences; however, candidates from Medical recruitment backgrounds will also be considered.

The company is particularly interested in candidates with experience working in the US life science market as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the Life Sciences sector, understanding their hiring needs and business challenges.
• Source, qualify, and place top-tier candidates across roles in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, and related fields.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, referrals, and database management.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through business development and account management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and researchers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and talent movements within Life Sciences.
