Job summary

Cytiva in Cardiff is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to perform in-process testing and inspections of medical devices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on-site role reports to the Quality Control Manager and supports the Cardiff quality team on a rotating shift (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm).

You will operate testing equipment per Work Instructions, document results, and report non-conformances promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility or similar.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety and quality focus.
• Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate testing equipment according to Work Instructions, meet hourly targets and safety requirements.
• Document and report test results and non-conformances promptly.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
