Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is seeking an Associate Director - Project Manager to lead a small team of three Project Managers on a flagship Life Sciences project valued over £100m in East Anglia. This permanent role offers a competitive package with car allowance, pension, health benefits, and flexible working in Norfolk.

The candidate will coordinate governance, manage client interfaces, enforce HSE standards, define KPIs, develop plans and oversee procurement and budget controls

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Project Manager for a Consultancy or End-client.
• Excellent client facing skills; Life Science/Healthcare exposure advantageous.
• Degree or MSc in construction; MAPM/MRICS/MCIOB membership advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all project activities with governance oversight.
• Act as primary interface for clients and consultants; anticipate needs and deliver value.
• Enforce Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management standards.
• Define project success parameters: time, cost, technical specs, KPIs.
• Develop detailed project plans and governance processes for efficient execution.
• Identify resources and advise on procurement strategies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive performance management.
• Monitor finances and manage change control to protect viability.
