Job summary

PE Global is recruiting two Production Operatives for a 12-month contract in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The role requires assembling products to documented instructions, operating machinery, and supporting production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will monitor quality, complete GDP-compliant records, handle materials, and assist with stock movements. Training provided; a safe, collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following work instructions.
• Operate production machinery with provided training.
• Meet daily production targets with focus on efficiency.
• Monitor quality and report defects.
• Complete batch records and GDP-compliant documentation.
• Record component usage and production timings accurately.
• Prepare, cap, label, pack, and wrap products.
• Support stock picking and movement of materials.
• Use hand tools and pump trucks as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet schedules and customer needs.
• Assist new starters as needed.
