• Proven experience in engineering project environment.
• Structured problem solving tools (DMAIC/PSP) applied to technical problems.
• Strong communication to update stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated GMP environments and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and improvement activities to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide input into problem solving within the project engineering team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering/Product Engineering and Quality.
• Research and learn processes and technologies to meet project objectives.
