Job summary

Cytiva in Ilfracombe, England, is seeking a Production Engineer to lead engineering projects that enhance manufacturing capabilities in a GMP environment. This on-site role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and collaborates with Operations, Quality and Manufacturing teams.

You will apply IQOQPQ validation methods and structured problem solving to deliver reliable improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and change control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering projects in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficient in structured problem solving and project management techniques.
• Knowledge of IQOQPQ validation and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects that enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Own structured problem solving within a project engineering team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality.
• Research processes, tools, and technologies to meet project objectives.
• Apply DMAIC, PSP and other tools to translate problems into plans.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and manage change control.
