The Opportunity Hub UK is recruiting a Life Sciences PR Account Manager for a boutique London consultancy. You’ll craft compelling stories, design strategies, and leverage media to elevate client profiles. This role offers hybrid working with some homeworking flexibility.

You’ll collaborate with experts, write for LinkedIn and press materials, and help pitch new business while growing within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Interest and/or experience in PR, marketing, or journalism.
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
• First degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Skilled in social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and familiar with media relations.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging LinkedIn posts for life sciences clients.
• Design and execute impactful communication strategies with the team.
• Leverage media connections to secure earned and paid media coverage.
• Use digital and social channels to support client objectives.
• Produce high-quality client materials: press releases, web copy, articles, award submissions, and marketing emailers.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance PR and marketing programs.
• Assist with new business pitches and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain company marketing, including website updates and social media account management.
