Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities in the laboratory and life sciences market.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Gain early access to projects through introductions, meetings and pitches.
• Coordinate with internal design, pre-construction and delivery teams to convert opportunities into live projects.
• Attend industry events and sector conferences to strengthen presence.
