Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Commercial Contracts Analyst for an on-site role in Amersham, Buckinghamshire or Portsmouth, Hampshire. You will review, identify, and secure approvals for commercial terms posing legal, financial, and compliance risks.

Qualifications

• College degree and extensive work experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience working with order processing/operations in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and effectively managing high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial purchase orders, tenders, and sales agreements to identify non-standard terms/conditions; flag risks.
• Administer the contract approval process and coordinate with cross-functional team members to review and approve terms.
• Provide contract administration support, including reporting, status tracking, entry into a contracts management system, facilitating signatures, etc.
• Develop and provide related training as needed.
• Assist in the optimization of the contracts management system.
