Job summary

Cytiva in the Portsmouth area is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst to review purchase orders, tenders and sales agreements, flag non-standard terms, and coordinate approvals with sales, legal, finance and other teams. The role is on-site in Amersham, Buckinghamshire or Portsmouth, Hampshire.

You will help administer the contract approval process, maintain records in the contracts management system, develop related training, and support system optimization.

Qualifications

• College degree and extensive work experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience working with order processing/operations in a commercial environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial purchase orders, tenders, and sales agreements to identify non-standard terms/conditions; flag risks
• Administer the contract approval process and coordinate with cross-functional team members to review and approve terms
• Provide contract administration support, including reporting, status tracking, entry into a contracts management system, facilitating signatures, etc.
• Develop and provide related training as needed
• Assist in the optimization of the contracts management system
