Job summary

Scitech-EKIUM is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site-based projects across the UK from our Godalming office. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate contractors, ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality, while upholding CDM2015 and Building Regulations.

You’ll mentor site teams, oversee risk, change and commercial aspects, and build strong client relationships, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
• Recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or PMP is preferred.
• Current SMSTS and CSCS card. Proficiency in planning tools like MS Project or Asta Powerproject.

Responsibilities

• Run construction projects day-to-day, leading site teams and coordinating contractors.
• Ensure delivery safely, on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Manage CDM 2015 compliance, risk assessments, method statements and site documentation.
• Support resource planning, bid/tender activities, and client relationship management.
• Mentor and develop project and site staff; travel to UK construction sites as needed.
