Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited’s Adult Residential Home in Croydon, South London, is seeking Life Practitioners to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany community trips, helping residents live more independent lives.

You will use a company vehicle with a valid UK licence; starting pay is £14.17 per hour, rising to £15.25 with experience and competency. Training paths unlock higher rates over time.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at An Diadan, based in Croydon, South London.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.17 and for those with experience it’s £15.25. Level 1 - £14.17, Level 2 - £14.71, Level 3 £15.25. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
