Job summary

LifeSearch Limited is hiring for a telesales role in the Shoreditch area of London. The position offers a £32k basic salary with uncapped commission and real potential for growth, including comprehensive training and overseas incentive trips.

You’ll work 40 hours per week with a 9am–6pm shift and occasional Saturday work. After training, you may work from home 2 days per week and have opportunities to progress within a supportive, top-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office-based sales role is a must-have.
• Proven track record in target-driven or commercially focused sales roles.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle conversations under pressure.
• Self-motivated, resilient and committed to professional growth.
