Expect a base of £32k, rising to £35k after probation, plus uncapped commission and extensive training. Hybrid office/remote work is available after training, with regular development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Office-based sales experience preferred
• High-performing, target-driven candidate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers and provide tailored advice (no cold calling)
• Explain protection options to clients and aid decision-making
• Be supported by a team throughout the process
• Manage several clients at different stages
• Join a network of 120+ advisers across the UK
