This position is based in Stoke-on-Trent City Council, within the Housing Regeneration and Operations Directorate, City Compliance and Security section, in the Parking & Security location. The role is at Grade Level 5, with a salary range of £25,584 - £27,711, and involves a 37-hour workweek. It is a fixed-term post for 2 years, open to both internal and external applicants.
The successful candidate will provide licensing support in a flexible manner, ensuring effective, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery using various IT packages. Responsibilities include processing licensing applications (such as taxi and licensing act applications), taking payments and ensuring accuracy, managing correspondence and telephone calls, and undertaking necessary training and duties.
