Job summary

Swindon Borough Council is recruiting a Licensing Officer to join the expanding Licensing Team. You will support the full range of licensing functions, including Taxi Licensing, Animal Licensing, Street Trading, Events and Premises Licensing.

You must be fluent in English for customer-facing roles and be able to travel around the Borough, with a DBS check required; the role is 37 hours per week with a starting salary of £34,434 per annum, plus benefits.

• Fluent in English required for customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Cover the full range of licensing functions, including Taxi Licensing, Animal Licensing, Street Trading, Events and Premises Licensing.
• Work across licensing functions with Environmental Health and Regulatory Services.
