Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.
We are seeking a Licensing & Merchandising Specialist to develop and manage our licensing business, working closely with licensees and partners. The role involves strategic planning and operational execution in a fast-paced environment. The position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission:

This role is focused on building a world-class licensing, merchandising, and retail business for the Audi F1 Project. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing licensing strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals
• Managing end-to-end licensing processes, ensuring compliance and quality
• Collaborating with brand and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings
• Negotiating and executing licensing agreements
• Building and maintaining relationships with licensees and partners
• Monitoring licensed product performance and providing insights
• Overseeing merchandising activities, including order processing and logistics coordination
• Analyzing market trends to identify new licensing opportunities

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in licensing management, preferably in sports
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of licensing agreements, IP rights, and contracts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Passion for sports and understanding of consumer trends
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
