Job summary

Pure 4 Recruitment is seeking an organised Licensing Assistant to support a growing licensing team. You'll help manage a portfolio of brands, coordinate approvals, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines. You’ll work closely with branding, product and compliance colleagues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• High organisation and commercial mindset required.
• Experience in licensing, brand management, administration or related fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and own projects.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through the full approval process, from initial concepts through to final production.
• Managing the day‑to‑day requirements of allocated brand accounts.
• Liaising with external brand partners and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Coordinating concept and product approvals.
• Ensuring submissions contain the correct information and meet relevant brand requirements.
• Tracking deadlines, approvals, product information and key account activity.
• Maintaining accurate databases, spreadsheets, trackers and brand information.
• Following up on outstanding approvals and proactively identifying potential delays.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure projects remain on track.
• Coordinating meetings and assisting with meeting preparation.
• Preparing professional correspondence and general communications.
• Supporting the team with compliance requirements and ensuring agreed processes are followed.
• Providing general support to the wider licensing function when required.
