Qualifications

• Knowledge of licensing legislation or regulatory work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing advice by email, telephone, and occasional face-to-face meetings with the public and licence holders.
• Review and process applications and issue licences.
• Handle complaints about licence holders and perform vetting checks of applicants and licensees.
• Assist colleagues with day-to-day Licensing Team activities.
