Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Birmingham, AL seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor – Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) to supervise clinicians and deliver high-quality therapy. This role focuses on developing therapists while maintaining client-centered care in a flexible, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Alabama LPC license with approved supervisor designation (LPC-S).
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor – Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising counselors working toward full licensure.
