Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Connecticut-licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual therapy through a remote care model. You will manage a regular caseload, conduct intake and follow-up sessions, and uphold clinical responsibilities in a telehealth setting.

This full-time remote position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation of $115,000–$120,000 per year plus benefits, health insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPC license required.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth
• Complete intake evaluations and review relevant client history
• Determine appropriate treatment goals based on clinical findings
• Provide ongoing counseling and follow-up throughout treatment
• Maintain progress notes and required documentation in the EHR
• Review changes in client needs and respond accordingly
• Follow established procedures when safety concerns are identified
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and Connecticut LPC practice standards

Position Overview

We are seeking a Connecticut-licensed LPC to provide individual therapy through a remote care model. The role involves managing a regular caseload, conducting intake and follow-up sessions, and handling the clinical responsibilities associated with each case. You will work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and other providers when coordination or additional services are needed.

Schedule and Work Setting

• Location: Connecticut
• Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
