University Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY

Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Base rate is $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work as a team member.
2. Valid LPN State license.
3. Must be in good standing with State Registry.
