We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a love for working with seniors and a passion for healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Reinforce, support, and provide healthcare instructions to patients and their families.
  • Participate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate personnel.
  • Record observations of patient responses to nursing care on patient charts.
  • Maintain environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety.
  • Assist with unit management or assume charge of the unit as assigned.
