Licensed Physical Therapist – Washington State

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Kent, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with a team of experienced therapists and medical professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop custom treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and wellness strategies
• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (required)
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems
