Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting a Licensed Conveyancer to join its respected property team in Newport. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion with autonomy and a commitment to superb client service.

Applicants should have at least two years’ experience, strong organisation, and proficient use of case management systems and MS Office. The role offers flexible working, a supportive team, ongoing training and clear opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters with a high degree of autonomy while delivering an excellent client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction.
• Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Working closely with colleagues to support the wider property team.
• Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements and key deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with:

• At least two years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
• The ability to handle transactions independently from instruction to completion.
