STS Aviation Services is hiring Licensed Aircraft Engineers in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Position Summary:

STS Aviation Services is looking to recruit a Licensed B1 and/or B2 engineer, type rated on 787 and 737 Max, on a permanent full-time basis at our Manchester Line station. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing line station operations. The successful candidate will undertake Line Maintenance activities, ensuring all Part 145 maintenance requirements are met according to established processes and procedures.

Job Duties:

1. Carry out and certify aircraft maintenance within the limitations of company approvals.
2. Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements are completed.
3. Order spares, complete paperwork for unserviceable components, and record maintenance activities accurately.
4. Support ad hoc AOG requirements.
5. Perform maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Rectify defects on inbound aircraft.
7. Greet inbound aircraft and debrief the crew.
8. Carry out engineering dispatch of aircraft as required.
9. Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
10. Maintain high standards of work.
11. Complete all required documentation.
12. Comply with company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE.
13. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
14. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Basic Requirements:

1. Part 66 Licence B1, B2, or B1/B2.
2. Type rated on 787 and 737 Max.
3. Previous experience in Line Maintenance preferred.
4. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technician.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
6. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
8. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
