Meritus Talent is seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer for a Base Maintenance role in the UK. You will certify and supervise base maintenance, allocate work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance within a stable organisation that supports progression.

Requirements include UK CAA/EASA Part 66 B1 Licence, base maintenance experience, and familiarity with B737NG or A320 CEO types. Sponsorship is available and a performance bonus is offered.

Base Maintenance | UK MRO
Up to £85,000 plus bonus

A well established UK MRO is looking for an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join its base maintenance team. This is a long term role within a stable organisation that invests in engineers and offers real progression, not short term firefighting.

Role Overview

• Certifying and supervising base maintenance in line with Part 145

• Allocating work and supporting maintenance teams

• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Accurate completion and review of work packs

Requirements

• Base maintenance experience
