Job summary

inploi is seeking a Library Supervisor for Blackpool's Central Library. You will supervise a small team, assist customers with book selections and information, and promote digital skills and library activities.

The post involves weekend work and may require shifts across Blackpool sites; training and development opportunities are available.

Blackpool's eight libraries are at the heart of their communities and play a vital role promoting literacy, enabling digital access, supporting customers with enquiries and providing a safe and welcoming place for residents.

We are currently recruiting an ambitious and forward thinking supervisor to work at Central Library. In this role, you will support a small team to help customers select books and find out information, support them with digital skills, lead activities for adults and children, and work with partner organisations.
