A leading health organization is seeking a Campus Library & Curation Lead to manage and improve digital learning content across the globe. This role involves curating high-quality learning resources and collaborating with subject matter experts. The Campus Library & Curation Lead is responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the Campus digital learning content and offering. This role ensures everyone has access to high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date learning resources curated to meet strategic capability needs, enhance the learning experience, and driving a culture of continuous learning. Working as part of a global team, this role will create and deliver high quality and engaging digital learning experiences through content that support delivery of our strategy and ambition. This role manages the end-to-end content lifecycle, including sourcing, curation, catalogue management, tagging, governance, and integration with learning technologies, working closely with Digital People team and the wider Campus team. This role will foster strong partnership relationships with external content providers and work with them to produce effective and relevant learning paths and playlists.
